How we work together
Four ways in.
Most work happens through Saby Infotech — a Tanzanian software development and AI consulting agency serving clients across Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and East Africa. The rest happens through training, speaking and mentorship.
Every conversation starts on WhatsApp — replies within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
01
Build with Saby Infotech
Software, IoT and AI systems built for African businesses. We work in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL. We document everything we ship — and the decisions behind it.
02
Speak at your event
Conference talks, panel discussions, workshops on AI, African technology, women in tech, and systems thinking. I travel selectively and prefer engagements that connect to the work being done across the continent.
03
AI & technology training for your team
Bespoke workshops and short cohorts for non-technical teams learning to adopt technology and AI with confidence — practical, hands-on, built around what your business actually does. Run by me, designed with the Saby Infotech engineering team.
04
Mentorship
Monthly mentorship for engineers and early founders. Weekly sessions, written feedback, structured career development. Limited slots per quarter. 300,000 TZS per month.
Common questions
Answered before you ask.
- What kind of clients does Saby Infotech work with?
- Tanzanian and East African businesses, NGOs and educational institutions who want software built properly and documented end to end — not the cheapest option, the most disciplined one.
- Do you work with clients outside Tanzania?
- Yes. Most of our cross-border work is async-friendly and runs over Slack, Linear and WhatsApp. We have served clients across East Africa and internationally.
- How do you price engagements?
- Fixed-stake for well-defined projects, time-and-materials for genuinely uncertain ones. The contract follows the scope. We do not charge for the scoping conversation itself.
- Can I hire you just for a single AI or technology training session?
- Yes — single workshops and short cohorts run regularly. Bespoke training for non-technical teams adopting AI is one of the most-requested formats. Message us on WhatsApp with the topic and team size.
