Building technology with discipline,
in Africa.

Identity
Helping non-technical people and organisations use technology and AI with confidence.
I am Happyness Christopher Mallya — a Tanzanian computer engineer and founder of Saby Infotech Limited. My work is to translate technology and AI into something businesses, institutions and non-technical people can actually use.
At Saby Infotech, that means software for African businesses modernising their operations, and a Smart School Management System for African education. Here on this site and on YouTube at @happynessmallya, it means essays, explainers and short films that make technology and AI feel approachable rather than intimidating.
The whole project is built on three habits: documentation, systems thinking, and a refusal to confuse complexity with quality.

Documentation as leverage
Undocumented decisions are bets that the original people will always be in the room. A practical case for decision logs, onboarding docs, and the why-we-said-no file.

AI for African SMEs, honestly
The version of the AI-for-business answer I'd give a friend who runs a hardware store in Magomeni. Three things it can do, three things it cannot, and a three-rule framework for adopting it.
